Exchange and Return Policy
Please note that return or exchange requests are accepted through the WhatsApp number shown at the bottom of the page.
Your request will be reviewed within a period of (2–3 business days).
The customer may request a return or exchange in case of a manufacturing defect within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Return / Exchange Conditions
A defect in the abaya stitching, and a photo showing the defect must be attached.
A size mismatch from the requested sizes, and the piece must be measured in inches with a photo showing the issue.
Stains on the product, to be shown with an attached photo.
Cases in which return or exchange is not accepted
• The return or exchange period has expired.
• The customer is not satisfied with the type of fabric (the store is not responsible for lack of prior knowledge of the fabric mentioned in the product details).
• Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (the customer can cut them with scissors, pulling the thread is prohibited).
• Any modification made to the abaya by the customer.
• Any defect resulting from misuse or washing in a way that contradicts the washing instructions attached with the product and stated on the website.
• If it is found that the item was altered by the customer, the store reserves the right to cancel the request and return the same item to the customer.
Custom-made dresses
Dress orders are considered custom-made, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
General Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all attached tags intact and not removed, and inside the original packaging, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
The return or exchange process will be completed within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the date the request is approved.
